Partners
An essential partner and co-founder of this digital Atlas alongside the University of Caen, the AREC (Association de Recherche et d’Etudes sur la Caraïbe) is a valuable ally and regular contributor to the Atlas. From the outset, the project was driven by a desire to analyze this part of the world with researchers who live and work there. This was the foundation of RICAe, a major INTERREG program involving representatives from 16 political and geographical entities of the Greater Caribbean, which contributed to the Atlas.
Since its creation, the Caribbean Atlas has had the privilege of hosting numerous works by authors from the Greater Caribbean.
Beyond these essential contributions, several partners in the Caribbean region have provided support, enabling the continuation of this research program since 1997.
